The course culminates in a low-pressure, end-of-course showcase — a chance to apply what you’ve learned in front of a supportive audience of family and friends.
An advanced course designed for students with prior experience in AMTC or Showstoppers, offering a deeper exploration of acting techniques, ensemble work and performance artistry. Students analyse script and song and integrate research into small group numbers, focusing on character development, emotional authenticity and dynamic storytelling.
A key emphasis is navigating diverse group dynamics, fostering collaboration and building strong ensemble connections.
Led by Benjamin Chow. For over a decade Benjamin has worked as a theatre maker and voice-over professional, with credits including Into The Woods, RENT, Forbidden City, Urinetown, The Wizard of Oz and The LKY Musical. As an educator he makes acting and singing enjoyable and approachable.
First come, first served, once we receive the maximum 10 successful applicants.
None. Missed classes are not refunded and are forfeited. Final rehearsal and show dates are mandatory.
Tickets for the end-of-course showcase are $12–15. Additional fees may apply for materials, dance wear, costumes, etc.
